l had my first single origin espresso coffee. For the past 10 years, I searched for perfection as a Chef. But that day changed everything yes it was just coffee but not just coffee. Something new to my palate, since then I have begun a new search one that has taken me to green coffee and that perfect cup. As a Chef, I was trained to take the best ingredients and let them shine, therefore I work with Direct Trade importers of Single Origin Specialty coffees from around the world to provide customers with the best ingredients. I took on the company name "Apprentice Coffee Roasting" to reflect that I must continue to push the modern commercial idea of what good coffee is and explore what great coffee should be!
